We’re on the lookout for an experienced music manager or agent who has worked with top-100 global artists and maintains close relationships with major music managers. You’ll represent our award-winning Creative Directors in the music space and drive deal flow that advances their careers.
Position earns generous salary + commission.
What You’ll Do
Represent our Creative Directors exclusively in music, guiding strategy and long-term career trajectory.
Source, structure, and negotiate music-focused deals (campaigns, live touring, artist collaborations, etc.).
Collaborate with a talented internal team in a dynamic, fast-moving environment.
Work a 5-day workweek during business hours (yes, we believe in work-life balance).
Skills & Experience
10+ years as an artist manager or agent in the music industry.
Deep knowledge of music ecosystems (labels, management, touring, experiential, brand tie-ins around releases, etc.).
Strong network of industry contacts and a track record of successful negotiations and deal-making.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills; adept at building and sustaining professional relationships.
Strategic, proactive, and able to spot and capitalize on music-driven opportunities.
Flexible and effective in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
