SVP Brand (Campaigns, Partnerships & Sponsorships)

We are seeking a highly experienced professional to lead brand campaigns, partnerships and sponsorships across our global initiatives. This is an incredible opportunity for someone with a proven track record in integrated brand work—360 campaigns, strategic partnerships, global events, endorsements, and large-scale sponsorships who can bring in top-tier partners and deliver results.

Position earns generous salary + commission.

What You’ll Do

  • Drive brand campaigns, partnerships and sponsorship opportunities bringing in top-tier brands and long term relationships.

  • Negotiate high-value campaign deals and long-term sponsorship agreements for brands, events and talent.

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with heads of global brands, ensuring effective campaign execution and partnership success.

  • Package opportunities with our artists and Creative Directors to deliver branded content, endorsements, and experiential activations.

  • Identify new opportunities in culture, music, and entertainment to elevate brand presence and profitability.

  • Work with events producers for our global events series 

Skills & Experience

  • 5+ years in brand campaign partnerships/sponsorships within the agency, brand, festival, or events ecosystem.

  • Proven success executing global brand campaigns and sponsorship deals - 1 million+ deals 

  • Strong network of brand contacts; track record securing high-value, integrated deals.

  • Exceptional negotiation skills and a results-driven mindset.

  • Strategic thinker who spots and capitalizes on emerging opportunities in entertainment and culture.

  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills; strong relationship builder.

  • Thrives in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment; adaptable and solutions-oriented.

  • Must be eligible to work in the United States.

  • Must either live in New York, LA, or be able to travel regularly to see clients
