This is an incredible opportunity for someone with a proven track record in integrated brand work—360 campaigns, strategic partnerships, global events, endorsements, and large-scale sponsorships who can bring in top-tier partners and deliver results.
Position earns generous salary + commission.
What You’ll Do
Drive brand campaigns, partnerships and sponsorship opportunities bringing in top-tier brands and long term relationships.
Negotiate high-value campaign deals and long-term sponsorship agreements for brands, events and talent.
Build and maintain strong relationships with heads of global brands, ensuring effective campaign execution and partnership success.
Package opportunities with our artists and Creative Directors to deliver branded content, endorsements, and experiential activations.
Identify new opportunities in culture, music, and entertainment to elevate brand presence and profitability.
Work with events producers for our global events series
Skills & Experience
5+ years in brand campaign partnerships/sponsorships within the agency, brand, festival, or events ecosystem.
Proven success executing global brand campaigns and sponsorship deals - 1 million+ deals
Strong network of brand contacts; track record securing high-value, integrated deals.
Exceptional negotiation skills and a results-driven mindset.
Strategic thinker who spots and capitalizes on emerging opportunities in entertainment and culture.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills; strong relationship builder.
Thrives in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment; adaptable and solutions-oriented.
Must be eligible to work in the United States.
Must either live in New York, LA, or be able to travel regularly to see clients
