Junior Agent, Music

We’re on the lookout for a highly organized, proactive Junior Agent to support our Music division. You’ll work closely with our EVP of Music to represent our award-winning Creative Directors in the music space and help drive deal flow that advances their careers.

This role is a mix of coordination and deal support. You’ll be deeply embedded in the day-to-day across projects and exposed to the full lifecycle of a project — from initial inquiry to signed deal and final delivery.

What You’ll Do

  • Support EVP of Music

    • Coordinate calls, meetings, and reviews for the EVP of Music and key clients.

    • Manage calendars, hold times, and ensure all relevant materials are prepared ahead of meetings.

    • Capture and circulate call notes, action items, and follow-ups.

  • Project Management

    • Help manage day-to-day across active music, touring, and campaign projects.

    • Track timelines, deliverables, and status updates across multiple workstreams.

    • Liaise between internal teams, Creative Directors, and external partners to keep projects moving.

  • Deals, Scopes & Documentation

    • Assist in putting together deal terms, scopes of work, budgets, and estimates.

    • Draft and update all project paperwork under EVP guidance.

    • Help organize and maintain up-to-date templates, and deal trackers.

  • Internal Collaboration

    • Collaborate with a talented internal team in a dynamic, fast-moving environment.

    • Contribute to internal tools, systems, and processes that improve how we operate.

    • Contribute to creating clean, professional deliverables including decks, briefs, and research documents.

  • Workload & Schedule

    • Work a 5-day workweek during business hours (yes, we believe in work-life balance).

Skills & Experience

  • 5+ years of experience in the music, entertainment, creative agency, or production space (assistant, coordinator, or junior role experience ideal).

  • Strong organizational and project-management skills; comfortable juggling multiple projects and deadlines.

  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills; able to communicate clearly and professionally via email, docs, and in meetings.

  • Detail-oriented and thorough when dealing with scopes, timelines, budgets, and contracts.

  • Familiarity with music ecosystems (labels, management, touring, experiential, brand tie-ins around releases, etc.) is a plus.

  • Strategic, proactive mindset with an eagerness to learn deal structures and negotiation.

  • Flexible and effective in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.

  • Based in New York.
