Junior Agent, Brand & Special Projects

We’re on the lookout for a highly organized, proactive Junior Agent to support our Brand & Special Projects team. In this role, you’ll work closely with our CEO and internal teams to help represent our award-winning Creative Directors across brand campaigns and high-impact cross-industry initiatives.

This role blends coordination and deal support. You’ll be involved in the day-to-day across multiple verticals and exposed to the full lifecycle of a project — from initial inquiry to signed deal and final delivery.

What You’ll Do

Support CEO & Brand Division

  • Coordinate calls, meetings, presentations, and internal reviews across brands, entertainment, experiential, and strategic partnerships.

  • Manage calendars and hold times; prepare materials and agendas ahead of meetings.

  • Capture and distribute call notes, action items, and follow-ups.

Project Management

  • Assist in managing active brand campaigns and other high-visibility projects.

  • Track timelines, deliverables, creative milestones, and client communication across multiple workstreams.

  • Serve as a point of contact between internal teams, Creative Directors, and external partners.

Deals, Scopes & Documentation

  • Help compile deal terms, scopes of work, budgets, work orders, and project estimates.

  • Draft and update all project paperwork under CEO and team guidance.

  • Maintain organized databases of opportunities, negotiations, and ongoing conversations.

Internal Collaboration

  • Work closely with internal departments (Executive, Creative, Operations) to support smooth execution.

  • Assist in building internal tools, trackers, and processes that improve team efficiency.

  • Contribute to creating clean, professional deliverables including decks, briefs, and research documents.

Workload & Schedule

  • Work a 5-day workweek during business hours (yes, we believe in work-life balance).

Skills & Experience

  • 5+ years of experience at a creative agency, entertainment company, brand partnership team, production company, or similar environment.

  • Strong organizational and project-management skills; able to juggle multiple projects at once.

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

  • High attention to detail, especially in scopes, budgets, timelines, and client communication.

  • Familiarity with brand campaign workflows, creative development, and partnership ecosystems.

  • Strategic, proactive, and curious — excited to learn how major brand and creative deals come together.

  • Flexible and effective in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.

  • Based in New York.
