Internal Creative / Graphic Designer

Role Overview

We are seeking an In-House Creative / Designer to help shape and evolve the visual identity across our projects and brand touchpoints. This role is concept-driven and ideal for a designer who brings strong creative thinking, visual leadership, and a refined aesthetic.

This position will collaborate closely with leadership and internal  team members to develop creative direction and translate ideas into cohesive visual systems for the OCA brand.

Responsibilities

  • Develop creative concepts and visual direction for decks, campaigns, and brand materials for OCA and its subsidiaries 

  • Establish and evolve visual systems, templates, and design standards

  • Design presentation decks from concept through execution

  • Guide overall look and feel across internal and external materials

  • Collaborate with stakeholders to translate ideas into compelling visuals

  • Oversee and provide creative direction to freelance designers as needed

Creative Expectations

  • Lead creative thinking and visual problem-solving

  • Propose original ideas for how content should be presented visually

  • Balance strategy, storytelling, and aesthetics

  • Own the creative quality and consistency of design output

Requirements

  • 4+ years of experience in design (agency, in-house, or freelance)

  • Strong conceptual and visual design skills

  • High proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite and Keynote

  • Ability to articulate creative decisions and present ideas clearly

  • Strong aesthetic sensibility with attention to detail

  • Portfolio demonstrating concept development, visual systems, and polished execution
