We are seeking a Junior Freelance Designer to support the creation and refinement of presentation decks and internal-facing design materials. This role is execution-focused and ideal for a designer who has strong visual instincts, excellent attention to detail, and enjoys elevating existing creative.
This position will work closely with senior internal team members to polish layouts, refine typography, and ensure decks are clean, cohesive, and visually compelling.
Responsibilities
Design and format presentation decks using different platforms
Improve layout, spacing, and typography within existing creative
Apply brand guidelines consistently across slides and materials
Elevate visual clarity and storytelling through thoughtful design decisions
Prepare decks for internal review, client presentations, and final delivery
Implement feedback efficiently and accurately
Creative Expectations
Offer visual suggestions to improve clarity and aesthetics
Identify opportunities to simplify, refine, or enhance existing designs
Execute creative ideas within an established direction
Requirements
1–3 years of design experience (freelance or agency experience acceptable)
Strong proficiency in Keynote, Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign
Excellent eye for layout, typography, and visual balance
Ability to work quickly and meet deadlines
Organized, detail-oriented, and responsive
Portfolio demonstrating clean, well-structured presentation or layout work
